The DBSW 'Tape' collection was initially inspired by the 'taping of old money'. The brand started off with the thought of making clothes with paper and tape (like stitching and attaching torn things; distorting and transforming images; folding and fixing fabrics). The result was an interesting line of apparel that looks as if the clothes were pieced together using caution tape.
These wide denim pants feature 'Drink Beer Save Water' caution tape and other ribbons patched onto the front and back.
About Drink Beer Save Water (DBSW):
Started with the literal idea of drinking beer to save water, in their young and drunk days, they carried on the idea that resulted in whimsical creations and designs. WIth the influence of beer, they wanted to make their clothes the "social lubricant" of the fashion industry, and in general making it easier to spark up conversations with the wearable pieces they provide.
